Bloom · Subscriptions and peace of mind

Refund &
cancellation policy

Effective October 18, 2026

We want you to have time to decide whether Bloom fits your workday. This policy applies to Bloom subscription payments made directly to Bloom. It forms part of our terms of use.

14-day first-purchase guarantee

Your first monthly or annual purchase is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days of account activation. This includes the amount actually paid under an introductory offer. Email geauxbloomapp@gmail.com to request your refund.

Paid access ends when the refund is processed. Export any records you need before your access ends. A refund does not automatically constitute a request to delete account data; contact us separately for deletion under the privacy policy.

Cancellation after the guarantee period

You may request cancellation at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After the first-purchase guarantee period, payments are generally nonrefundable for a change of mind, lack of use or a decision to stop using Bloom, subject to the exceptions below and applicable law.

Email your cancellation request before the next renewal charge. The date your email is received counts as your request date, even if our reply comes later. We will confirm the cancellation and the end date of your paid access.

Annual subscriptions

The 14-day first-purchase guarantee applies to your initial annual payment. After that period, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused annual months when you cancel or change your mind. Your annual access continues through the end of the paid term unless the payment is refunded.

The introductory annual price is $385 paid in full for the first year. The annual renewal price is $420, with a $20 discount when paid in full ($400 total). These prices and any recurring payment arrangement will be disclosed before payment. See current pricing for offer details.

Accidental renewals

If your monthly or annual subscription renews accidentally, request a refund within 7 calendar days of the renewal charge. We will refund that renewal if there has been no substantial use of Bloom since the renewal. Logging in only to review billing, request cancellation or export records does not by itself count as substantial use.

When a renewal is refunded, the renewed access ends. If you requested cancellation before the charge and were charged anyway, we will correct the billing error.

Billing errors and service-delivery problems

We will correct duplicate or incorrect charges and refund any amount charged in error. If Bloom cannot provide the service you purchased, contact us so we can address the problem and provide an appropriate refund for the affected service. These situations are reviewed separately from change-of-mind cancellations.

Third-party services

Quo and other service providers bill separately from Bloom. Their subscriptions, phone numbers, calling, messaging and other charges are subject to their own refund policies. Bloom cannot refund charges collected directly by another provider.

How to request cancellation or a refund

Email geauxbloomapp@gmail.com from your Bloom account email, or include enough information for us to identify the account and payment. Tell us whether you want to cancel future renewal, request a refund, or both. You do not need to include passwords, authentication codes or client health or financial information.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where available. The time for a refund to appear depends on your bank and payment provider. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
