All prices are in USD, per agent. The annual first-month-free offer is a $35 discount from the regular $420 annual total, applied when $385 is paid upfront for the first year. The half-price first month applies to new monthly subscriptions and does not combine with annual pricing. With the introductory offer, 12 monthly payments total $402.50 in the first year; paying $385 upfront saves $17.50 compared with that introductory total. After the first year, annual renewal is $420, with a $20 discount when paid in full ($400 total).

Bloom was designed to work with Quo for connected phone features, but its core CRM features work independently of your phone provider. Bring your own phone-service account; subscriptions, phone numbers, calling, texting and other provider charges are paid directly to the provider. Connected Google features require your own Google account and authorization.

Before you start

A few practical details.

Can I use a phone system other than Quo?

You can use Bloom’s client records, scripts, appointments, follow-ups, goals and accounting independently of Quo. Click-to-call may work with another phone app if it handles standard phone links on your device; compatibility needs to be tested. Automatic call and text history, incoming-call alerts and texting through Bloom currently use the Quo integration and are not automatically available with other providers. Contact us about your setup before choosing a phone service.

What if Bloom is not the right fit?

Request a full refund of your first purchase within 14 calendar days of account activation by emailing geauxbloomapp@gmail.com. Refunded access ends when the refund is processed. After the guarantee period, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period. Read the refund and cancellation policy for annual payments, accidental renewals and billing errors.

How do I get started?

What happens after my first month?

The monthly introductory price is $17.50 for the first month. After that, the standard price is $35 per month. Billing, renewal and cancellation arrangements will be provided before payment.

How does the first-month-free offer work?

The regular rate is $35 per month, or $420 for 12 months. Pay $385 upfront for your first year and receive all 12 months of access—the equivalent of one $35 month free. This is a first-year discount, not a trial or delayed payment. Annual renewals are $420, reduced to $400 when paid in full.

Does paying annually change my features?

Both options include the same core workspace features. Your first year costs $385 paid upfront for 12 months. After the first year, the annual renewal price is $420. Paying the renewal in full earns a $20 discount, bringing the payment to $400.

Can I use my own scripts and preferences?

Yes. You can save your own scripts and carrier-order preferences. Access to proprietary team scripts and methods is granted separately and is not guaranteed by purchasing Bloom access.
